Welcome to website for the development of St Marks

In December 2018, Lincoln City Council approved revised detailed planning application for the creation of 1,372 new student residences. This application had the support of the University of Lincoln and construction began in 2019.  The project will be delivered in phases with the final handover in summer 2021.

This follows the outline approval for a £150 million development and improvement of St Marks given by Lincoln City Council in 2017. The proposals were submitted to the Council following engagement and consultation with key stakeholders and members of the public with widespread support received.

While construction of the first phase takes place and plans for future phases are being developed, St Marks Shopping Centre is very much open for business as usual. You can find out more about what is on offer and key events by visiting the shopping centre website at www.stmarks-lincoln.co.uk.

More details about the proposals are here, and you can see our range of Frequently Asked Questions here, or provide feedback here.
