Welcome to our consultation website.
In May 2018, Aberdeen Standard Investments submitted a planning application for the creation of 1,368 new student residences, with the University of Lincoln's support. This follows the outline approval for a £150 million development and improvement of St Marks given by Lincoln City Council in June 2017. The broader proposals for St Marks were submitted to the Council following engagement and consultation with key stakeholders and members of the public across summer and autumn 2016.
This website will keep you up to date with the latest information on the scheme. You can find out more about our plans here, see our range of Frequently Asked Questions here, or provide feedback here. Full details of the recent detailed application for the creation of the student residences can be found on the Lincoln City Council planning portal using the reference 2018/0655/FUL.
