Welcome to website for the development of St Marks
In December 2018, Lincoln City Council approved revised detailed planning application for the creation of 1,372 new student residences. This application had the support of the University of Lincoln and construction began in 2019. The project will be delivered in phases with the final handover in summer 2021.
This follows the outline approval for a £150 million development and improvement of St Marks given by Lincoln City Council in June 2017. The broader proposals for St Marks were submitted to the Council following engagement and consultation with key stakeholders and members of the public across summer and autumn 2016.
This website will keep you up to date with the latest information on the scheme. You can find out more about our plans here, see our range of Frequently Asked Questions here, or provide feedback here.
